Even if your economic and social structure is tightened there is a need for action, because of your very bad demography. Keep in mind that a diminishing population have a negative effect on your stable structure. How long you can maintain a club if more and more people emigrate? How your enterprises can find successors if young people are already living in the city? Nevertheless: You have the best premises to change something. Start now! Use your existing possibilities. Involve your inhabitants, enterprises and clubs to make your village well-known in the surrounding. Your potentials are attractive, promote them! Talk to the elders. Ask them, which plans they and their families have with their houses. Find out, which houses are maybe for sale? Support a property change without problems and do not accept empty houses!
